Mushroom Sage Stuffing

Cutout Sugar Cookie sandwiches with Chocolate Espresso Buttercream filling

(various appetizers but they are store bought hahah)

The Pancetta Sage Butter alone is pure HEAVEN… so much so I made a double batch ;)
