Wholesale Outreach?
The beginning of 2011 for Carriemels is to start reaching out to specialty food stores and local restaurants/markets with product for wholesaling. A daunting process, yes, but one which I hope will bear fruit as the year progresses thereby allowing me to look into methods of increasing production and market penetration.
Anyone have a FAVORITE store to find locally produced, high end food...

Busy day!
Well, for the time being I am not in the kitchen, but in the boutique helping before I depart for my trip to Massachusetts to see the horde of nieces and nephews and siblings for the holiday.
